Traveling, again

Since we've been just sitting around at home for SO long, we decided it's time to hit the road again!

Dad, Jonathan, and Joseph are already out the door this morning. This year ICHE's Father Son Retreat is taking a group of about 80 guys down to Petersburg, Kentucky, to be a work crew for the Answers in Genesis Creation Museum. It's the first time AIG has had a group like this one come out so there have been a number of extra details to figure out, but I'm sure they'll all have a great time - and hopefully get a lot of work done, too!

Later this morning, Josh & I will be heading to O'Hare to board a flight to Seattle, Washington, for an NCFIC conference that Josh will be recording in Olympia. We are looking forward both to the conference itself, and visiting with friends while we're there!

Mom, Joanna & Josiah will be the ones staying on to keep an eye on the home front, but I understand that they also have some fun things planned with the Webb family!

That's all for this weekend!

Hi there,

I got to your blog from Lindsay's blog (from Master's Key).

We just went on a trip to AZ (and the Grand Canyon!) last fall. This fall we'll be going west again as far as MN, south to TX, east to AL and then north up the coast to home (MA). We'll be passing through IL, we might have a concert going on near where you are.

It was nice to see all of the pictures on your blog!

Here is our website (our schedule is posted there) http://www.macdonaldfamilysingers.com

Hey everyone!

I'm checking in from the Red Lion Inn in Olympia Washington. Gregg Harris is speaking right now, but I'm sitting out in the lobby area copying CDs of the 7 sessions that have happened so far, while Josh is monitoring the sound and recording in the session.

We are having a wonderful time out here in the Pacific Northwest, I wish the rest of all you Erbers could be here too!! The highlight has been, of course, the opportunity to visit with the Bradricks, the Browns, and a variety of new acquaintances. It is truly a blessing, encouragement, and just plain fun to be with them! As one might expect, we are getting less than ideal amounts of sleep due primarily to excessive socialization.

Got to get back to work, or Josh might fire me! :)

Hello . . . ?

Is anyone home in the blog world?

We are certain that you are home in the "real" world - since there have been sightings as recent as today :0)

So, what is new with the Erbers?

What is new with us? Well, I've been teaching piano lessons! :-)

I did update this blog earlier today (if you still can't see the changes try clicking "Refresh") but I'll try to get some pictures up soon, too.
