ICHE has a new website!

Our family has been very busy lately with a ICHE stuff. Since Dad is the president of Illinois Christian Home Educators (ICHE) and the organization's office is in our home ICHE is a big part of our life. "Convention Season" runs from early March (when advertising first goes out) through after-conference recovery in late May. For the last couple of years, ICHE has been publishing The Alliant which is a free quarterly magazine that goes out to over 10,000 homeschooling families throughout Illinois and beyond. That means that convention season starts a little earlier (in early January) as we hurry to finalize all the details and get everything to our editor so that she can format it all and get the file to the printer, so that he can get the magazine to the mail house, so that the homeschool families can start receiving their copy of the magazine in early March. Agh!!!

Okay, any other "blogger" users having problems? For the last few days I've been having errors in posts that I haven't had before, today I couldn't access the page to edit/add posts, and then I tried to add a picture and whenever I tried to edit the text in a post with a picture I would no more than click on "edit" and the picture would disappear before I could even touch a key or click another button! It was fine for the first few weeks... and I don't think I'm doing anything differently! Please tell me it just the flu or something and will be fine in a few days?

Yes, Jessica, I've been having problems with Blogger as well. I think it is fixed now.

Um, the flu?

Alright, maybe it wasn't the flu, but something was wrong! Let's see, maybe it was an "Internal malfunction of, or miscommunication within, Blogger.com's computation systems" more commonly known as a "glitch."

Is that better?

Getting back to the point of your original post.....

As one of the families who benefits from all of ICHE's hard work "beyond" the boundaries of the great state of Illinois, please know that we think of you as each convention season rolls around and that we pray for all of you each step of the way. Everyone associated with ICHE holds a dear place in our hearts - we look forward to seeing our copy of The Alliant in our mailbox. It is as if a dear friend has come to visit!

Blessings from Texas!
